The Ganjier Guild reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Ganjier Guild reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to access or participate in the Services.
By using the Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and that you will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those related to cannabis.
4. Membership & Accounts
Certain Services require membership registration.
Members agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under their account
The Ganjier Guild reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or otherwise harm the community.
5. Community Conduct
The Ganjier Guild is committed to a respectful, inclusive, and professional community.
Members and users agree to:
- Engage respectfully with others
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or harmful behavior
- Not misuse community spaces for spam, solicitation, or unauthorized promotion
Violations may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension, or termination of membership at the Guild’s discretion. The Ganjier Guild reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to protect the integrity of the community.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings, curricula, templates, and resources provided by the Ganjier Guild are the intellectual property of the Ganjier Guild or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license for educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
7. User-Generated Content
Users may submit content (posts, comments, ideas, or materials) within Guild platforms.
By submitting content, you:
- Retain ownership of your content
- Grant the Ganjier Guild a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use the content within the community
Submissions are not confidential and may be shared within the community. The Ganjier Guild is not responsible for user-generated opinions or statements.
8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Membership fees, event fees, and subscription terms are disclosed at the point of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Memberships may auto-renew
- Fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or missed events
- Pricing and benefits may change with notice
Failure to pay or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Events (Virtual & In-Person)
Event details, speakers, schedules, and formats are subject to change.
For in-person events:
- Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk
- The Ganjier Guild is not responsible for travel, lodging, or third-party venues
The Guild may record events. By participating, you consent to being recorded and to the use of recordings for educational and promotional purposes.
10. Disclaimers
The Services do not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Cannabis laws and regulations vary widely. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws.
Participation does not create a client, advisor, fiduciary, or professional relationship. The Ganjier Guild makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, professional success, or business results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Ganjier Guild shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Ganjier Guild in the prior 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Ganjier Guild, its directors, officers, contractors, and partners from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Third-Party Services
The Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms. The Ganjier Guild is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
14. Termination
The Ganjier Guild may terminate or suspend access to the Services at its discretion, with or without notice.
Provisions related to intellectual property, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
